The Utah Highway Safety Office (UHSO) works to make Utah roads safer by changing driver behavior. They use data, education, and funding to help everyone on the road get home safely.

What We Do
- Safety Campaigns: Run programs like “Click It or Ticket” and “Drive Sober” to stop distracted, impaired, or unbuckled driving.
- Specialized Safety: Provide resources for pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcyclists, and senior drivers.
- Car Seat Safety: Help parents find and properly install car seats for children.
- Crash Data: Track and share statistics on road accidents to identify and fix safety problems.
- Grants & Support: Provide funding and tools to local police and organizations to improve community safety.
